A Duxford Day Out

In April we went along to the Team Lotus straightline aero test in Duxford, The F1 car was in full flow as new parts and wotnot were tested aerodynamically in what looked to our untrained eyes like a straight line.

It was also the announcement of Team Lotus buying Caterham cars and, as discussed in the 2011 Turkish Grand Prix podcast, we managed to actually become/fool a nice lady that we were proper press people and were given the wristbands to get us into Tony Fernandes press conference.

We also got to meet Jarno Trulli and Heikki Kovalainen, though we’ll spare you the painfully awful questions we asked them and got driven round in a Caterham.

      Now come on, we said it was shit. I’ve used every imovie trick there is (well, speeding up and slowing down) to get this down from it’s original three hour edit to the three minutes you see now.
